My name is Olivia Erb. I got my first horse, Sundance, Christmas 2000, and ever since then I have been working with horses and learning as much as I could about them.

I have been riding for nine years now, and I have taught horseback riding lessons since the summer of 2004 when I started teaching my neighbor girls how to ride. My horse Sundance was not a well-behaved horse when I got her, but with the help of my riding instructor, she is now a suitable horse for riding lessons. 

I have trained my neighbor girls' four abused horses that they have now, including a horse that had been severely abused physically. Now, that abused horse is being ridden by these young girls.

My passion is teaching people how to work with horses, and not helping people with their problem horses; but rather, training horses and helping the horses with their human owners.

It is not about what I can get out of my horse. It is about how my horse and I can work together, and I desire to teach other people about this connection as well.
